Taylor and Baseball

Taylor took a shot as baseball after soccer! A lot of standing around, it was not really her thing! But it was fun to watch her wack that ball out of the infield!

Matt's Graduation Week

After the BolderBoulder I had to get home and get ready for Matt and Ashley's family dinner. Graduation week was a busy one. Monday we had their families over for pizza

Tuesday was Matt's graduation parade

Tuesday night Steve swore Matt in as an Officer

The day after graduation Matt and Ashley left for Utah. It was hard saying good-bye. They were with us every other weekend for the past 1 1/2 yrs! We are going to miss them. But they needed to get back home to get ready for their wedding next week!

Last Day of School 2009

Last day of school

As room mom of 2 classes, I couldn't get through the day without my Diet Dr. Pepper!

The kids went out to the front of the school and got to watch the Thunderbirds perform for the Air Force Academy Graduation. My favorite part of Grad week!

The Thunderbirds perform for about 30 minutes. Today the weather couln't have been any better. I love this picture with the mountains in the background.

My annual last day of school treats.

Taylor's class hatched and raised ducklings. They follow the kids around.

Bolder Boulder 2009

Patsy and I ran the BolderBoulder this weekend! It was a 10k. The race was crazy, there were over 50,000 running/walking. All along the route are people cheering, BBQing, hanging out, nothing I have ever seen before. We stayed at the hotel the night before with some other friends. I am thinking this is going to be an annual thing. Steve and the kids even came up the day of and surpirsed us and cheered us on. It was great.
Cheesecake Factory the night before, eating our carbs
Outside the hotel the day of the race, sleepy eyes!

Getting ready to get on the bus that took us over to the race

After the race

BolderBoulder, we'll see you next year!
